Returns

abesoutdoors.com offers a 30-day exchange only return policy for all apparel items; we cannot accept returns on accessories or flies. If 30 calendar days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer an exchange. We offer no refunds.

To be eligible for a return, you must return the item unused and in the same condition as you received it. All apparel must be returned in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed.  All Returns must have an authorized RMA # which can be obtained by writing to [email protected].  

Exchanges 

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. Please make sure you check the sizing chart for each item before ordering. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please write to us at [email protected] and send your item to:

Depending on where you live, the shipping time may vary to receive your exchanged product.

Shipping

All items are shipped via 3rd party shipping companies not affiliated with abesoutdoors.com.  Once the package has been dropped off at these facilities, abesoutdoors.com is no longer responsible for the transportation of items of purchase.  For lost in transit, or other items that are confirmed delivered, it is the responsibility of the buyer to contact their local postmaster with the tracking number to locate the package. abesoutdoors.com will assist however possible, but it is not abesoutdoors.com’s responsibility.

You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for all product returns or exchanges. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item valued at more than $75 US, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
